Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 23 September at 3pm in the atrium (and online via Zoom) and all members are invited.

It is a legal requirement for our charity to hold an AGM within nine months of the year end, and there must be at least 5% of membership in attendance (in-person, online or via a proxy). This works out to be 44 people.

AGM on Zoom

To watch the AGM online you must first register for the zoom meeting using the URL below.

You must have a zoom account set up first and use the same email address to register for the meeting. You can register from now until 4pm on Monday 22 September. Please register using the name we know you by. After registering, you will then be approved and a unique link will be sent to you for the meeting.

Proxy Voting

If you are unable to attend in-person or online, your vote can still count by submitting a completed proxy form at the URL below.

Proxy voting is a form of voting whereby a member of a decision-making body may delegate their voting power to a representative, to enable a vote in their absence. The representative may be another member of the Centre or a member of the Trustee Board.
