Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Chilterns Neuro Centre will take place at 2.30pm on Wednesday 27 August at the Centre.

If you prefer, you can join the AGM by Zoom and still be counted towards the quorum (the legal number of people we must have in attendance to make the AGM valid) and you with also have full voting rights.

If you are not able to attend in person or online, you can still vote by using a proxy.

Further information about all of this including agenda, registration, resolutions and the annual report will be issued in due course.
