It's party time! A celebration for the 25th anniversary of Buckland Village Hall is happening on Saturday, September 13 with activities for all age ranges. The day, starting at 10amand finishing at 9.30pm, will feature:
a children's entertainer and lunch for senior citizens
an afternoon and evening of music, dancing and entertainment
the presentation of prizes for the best photograph of the village (see link below for details) the best essay written about the village (details to be announced) and to the winners of our 20-question quiz about Buckland, which will be posted on the website in June.
there'll be an exhibition with photographs of and events through the years
Several local businesses have pledged their support, and more details will be announced in the upcoming months.
If any other Buckland businesses or other local organisations would like to support the event through sponsorship or a prize, then please get in touch.
The event will be free for residents of Buckland, although there will be an opportunity to make a voluntary donation, and £10 for non-villagers.
