Yoga Nidra uses rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, visualization and other techniques to take the practitioner to the hypnagogic state, the brain state where your consciousness is between being awake and being asleep.This unique practice not only enhances your physical well-being but also cultivates mental clarity and spiritual growth.
