Honor the end of the Autumn Season and prepare for the Winter Solstice. We will celebrate with a tradition called Pot Latch, a heart-centered tradition rooted in the spirit of generosity, gratitude, and connection.
Historically, the Potlatch originated among the Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast, where it served as a sacred ceremony of community, abundance, and reciprocity. During these gatherings, families and tribes would come together to share food, stories, songs, and gifts, honoring milestones, expressing gratitude, and redistributing wealth to ensure balance and harmony within the community.
In this modern, mindful adaptation, we honor the essence of the Potlatch by coming together as women to give from the heart, receive with gratitude, and celebrate the abundance that flows through our collective energy. Each participant is invited to bring a small, meaningful gift — something infused with love, intention, or creativity — to exchange in the circle.
