Treberwurst / Zee's Wiener System Pop-Up at St Elmo Springdale

We're going full Swiss at St. Elmo Springdale THIS SATURDAY — sausages cooked in the mash tun (yes, really) by the one and only @WienerSystem.
He’ll be slangin’ dogs 12–6pm, hot n’ grain-soaked and built to pair with a proper pint! ⁣⁣

What’s Treberwurst Day?!? It’s a classic Swiss tradition where sausages are slow-cooked in the warm spent grain right after brewing, soaking up that sweeeeet, malty goodness. We’re bringing it to Springdale with a special collabo-beer release (stay tuned) and some mash-tun-cooked sausages from @WienerSystem — he’ll work his magic, serving them up hot n’ ready to pair with a crisssspy pint. ⁣⁣
