Save the date for the FreezerBurn Town Hall! We'll stick with the format from recent years and have tables set up to chat with FreezerBurn Leadership. Discuss tickets, get pre-event dates, help pick a theme, and get ready to be recruited for volunteering!
Theme Camps and Art Projects: If you want to table for your group, feel free! BYO table and anything else.
Participants: BYO whatever you want. NO: glass, smoking, fundraising, sales of any sort.
When: Sunday, September 14
- setup at 11am
- official start at noon
- talking on a microphone around 1pm
- start to scatter by around 3pm
All times are tentative and subject to change. (Burner time, man!) Volunteers are welcome to arrive early to help with set-up.
