Level 1: Intro to Skating
Learn basic skating—stops, falls, turns, and more. Great for all levels, even beginners.
Level 2: Derby Specific Skills
Lessons on the skills you need to play roller derby, including the rules, how and where to hit safely and more.
Level 3: Full Contact + Tryout Prep
Build on derby basics and sharpen skills for competitive play, including at least one scrimmage.
