Rutherford Ranch Wine Dinner - Barton Springs

Join us for this one-night only event with Mike Patton of Rutherford Ranch and Executive Chef of Juliet Italian Kitchen for an evening of wine and paired dishes. Mike Patton will share the rich history of Napa's Rutherford Ranch and guide us through tasting each wine.

• Greeter Rutherford Chardonnay
• Course 1 Scott Family Wine Sauvignon Blanc
• Course 2 Rutherford Pinot Noir
• Course 3 Side by side :Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon and Rutherford Reserve
• Course 4 Coffee

✨The Plates:

• Greeter Mahi ceviche with saffron sauce and fried leeks
• Course 1 Seared scallops with smoked tomato coulis and mushroom polenta
• Course 2 Spinach and artichoke stuffed pork loin with parmesan faro rice
• Course 3 Braised tri- tip with blistered heirloom tomatoes dressed arugula and tri colored carrots
• Course 4 Dark chocolate mousse with pistachio cram and powdered raspberries
