Join Haus of B. Pilates for a high-energy mat Pilates class at Pease Park in support of Kerr County Flood Relief.
This outdoor mat Pilates class is open to all levels and designed to energize your body, connect your breath, and get you moving. This is a donation-based class to support the tragedy that has struck our fellow Texans. Any donations are appreciated.
Expect good music, sunshine, community, and a juicy Pilates flow followed by a grounding meditation to close it out.
Don’t miss it—bring your mat, your friends, and your best energy!
