🎤Rob Dees is currently the Global Head of People Analytics and Insights at Target; he previously led People Analytics at Lowe’s Home Improvement and Dell Technologies. He spent 20 years prior to that in the Army, of which the first half was spent as an infantry officer and the second half was as an analytics officer. During his trips to grad school and his time as an assistant professor at West Point, he focused on the field of decision analysis and brings expertise in framing and supporting strategic decisions with data.
