Join us for an in-person Labor Day retreat with guided meditation and teachings from Donovan Acker, a teacher from KMC Austin. Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

🧘‍♀️ Each 1-hour session includes:
• 2 gentle guided meditations
• Basic meditation instruction


Sessions
🕙 Session 1 – 10:00am–11:00am
🕛 Session 2 – 12:00pm–1:00pm
🕒 Session 3 – 2:00pm–3:00pm
