Join our beverage manager, Kemp, for a hands-on mixology class where you’ll learn to craft the Kyoto Fizz – a refreshing cocktail made with Suntory Haku Vodka, house made lemongrass syrup, matcha, a touch of egg white, fresh lime juice, and a splash of soda. 🍸

You’ll get to:

• Learn expert tips from Kemp himself
• Separate eggs like a pro (yes sometimes cocktails contain egg whites and we promise it's delicious)
• Make house made syrup
• Shake up a cocktail you’ve probably never tried before
