The B. Iden Payne Awards Council is recruiting now for its 2025/2026 Season! We are hosting an Ice Cream Social on Saturday, June 14th from 1-4pm at the ColdTowne Cabaret. Join us for free ice cream and a cash bar, and an opportunity to visit with friends in our theatre community. Members of the Council will be on hand to answer your questions about our process with candor.

Members see an average of one show per week, and meet monthly to discuss shows that have closed and make additions to our short list. At the end of the year, we have one very lengthy, spirited meeting to set the ballot. Our members are volunteers with a diversity of backgrounds and experiences, and we welcome your voice around our table.
