Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Breathwork at DAWA

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is an intense and dynamic breathwork session designed to energize the body, mind, and soul. It begins with five minutes of movement (shaking) to loosen and prepare the body. This is followed by rounds of guided breathing, set to a cadence of music to energize and reset the system. The experience also includes breath holds and extended exhales specifically designed to shift your physical, mental, and emotional state. The session culminates in a guided meditation and integration period, allowing participants to enter a state of deep relaxation and contemplation. This breathwork experience is powerful and can be quite intense, offering profound moments of transformation. Through carefully crafted breathwork techniques, you will journey through the elements of earth, water, air, and fire, each inviting you to release tension, ground your energy, and awaken your authentic self.

Meet Your Guide Marisol:

With a deep passion for guiding others to their inner calm, Marisol is a skilled breathwork facilitator specializing in the transformative style of Elemental Rhythm. She also facilitates functional breathwork techniques and meditation practices that support balance, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness. With a heart rooted in mindfulness and presence, she creates a safe, judgment-free space—especially for those who are often underrepresented or marginalized. As a BIPOC, woman-owned, and LGBTQ+ practitioner, it’s deeply important to her that all feel welcomed, seen, and honored in their full expression. She helps clients release tension, find relaxation, and experience profound breakthroughs. Marisol’s approach is grounded in deep care and intentionality—always considerate of each individual’s unique journey. Whether you’re seeking rest or moving through a powerful transformation, she is there to hold space for your growth, clarity, and healing.
