This is a one-off work shop aimed at players who feel anxiety in and around the performance space! Ideally by the end of the workshop I’ll give you a couple tools/ ways to frame things so that you can work with your anxiety to get more out of your performances! This is for any level of player, and I look forward to seeing you there!
