Event Description:
Get ready for a fun, uplifting, and interactive experience with Michele Schalin, author of Mindful Metamorphosis: A Compassionate Guide to Inner Transformation.
Michele will be leading a workshop on meditation and mindfulness where you’ll discover how these two practices work like best friends, each making the other stronger. Together, they’re your real-life superpowers for creating more peace, focus, and joy in your everyday life.
During this session, Michele will share easy tips to help you fall in love with your meditation practice (yes, it’s possible!) and introduce simple mindfulness techniques you can sneak into your daily routine. You’ll learn how to stay more present, calm, and emotionally strong, even when life throws you those crazy curveballs.
To top it off, Michele will guide you through two beautiful meditations that will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired. Make sure you bring your journals! Think of this workshop as a mini-reset button for your mind, body, and spirit.
