Join us on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025 at 7pm, for an unforgettable evening as Sawyer & Co welcomes Chef Jorge Cavazos of De Nada for an exclusive five-course dinner celebrating the vibrant flavors of Mexico.
Chef Jorge’s menu highlights bold, authentic dishes—from a trio of tacos to zarandeado shrimp and a show-stopping churro soufflé—each thoughtfully paired with craft cocktails and curated wines to elevate the experience.
Our beverage pairings will feature three expressions La Caza tequila; Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo as well as Sauvignon Blanc and Rose wine pairings.We will have two separate seating styles, please let us know if you would like communal seating or private seating.
