CPR & Safety Workshop for New and Expecting Parents with Laura Hill

Join us at Austin Yoga Lounge for a comprehensive, 3-hour CPR class tailored for new and expecting parents! This invaluable hands-on workshop, led by an experienced childcare provider and postpartum doula, will equip you with the confidence and skills to respond effectively in emergencies involving young children. You'll learn life-saving techniques, including CPR, AED usage, and how to handle choking, severe illness, and bleeding. Additionally, the class covers essential topics such as safe sleep practices, baby-proofing your home, and other practical safety tips.

Each ticket covers one couple, ensuring a personalized and focused learning experience. Please note: this class does not provide CPR/first aid certification but focuses on essential skills to keep your little ones safe.
