Burnt Soup Sanctuary Listener Training

Tentitively scheduled at the Pleasant Hill Public Meeting Room (awaiting comfirmation)

This training covers what Sanctuary is, how it supports the Burnt Soup community, and what’s expected of listeners. You’ll learn the basics of compassionate, nonjudgmental listening, how to hold space without fixing, and how to set healthy boundaries. Whether you're new or need a refresher, this session will prepare you to show up with empathy, presence, and care.
