David will guide the group through a meditative visualization centered on breath. Great potential exists in mindful, attentive breathing, which can act as a transcendental prayer that comforts the heart and soul while calming, clearing, and soothing the mind. PURE Yoga Texas will match up to $3,000.
The entire focus, purpose, and energy of the class will be dedicated to directing healing to the people and region that were so severely impacted by the devastating floods.
Everyone is welcome. The class fee is by donation, with 100% of the funds going directly to The Salvation Army Texas Flood Relief (July 2025). There is no minimum or maximum. Give what you can and help us do our part to provide aid to those in need.
