SCHEDULE :
ART & ACTIVITIES
•10:30am & 11:30am – Look & Listen Storytime: Read along to a picture book paired with a work of art (best for ages 4-8).
•1:30pm – Looking Together: Explore a visitor-favorite in our collection with us (adults and ages 12+).
•1-4pm – Crafternoon ATX: Enjoy a craft activity for all ages. For this month's dance theme, create a bolo tie.
DANCE LESSONS & MUSIC
•4-7:30pm – Instructors from Double or Nothing Two-Step will lead two 30- minute dance lessons at 4 pm and 6 pm, ahead of each set by Aaron McDonnell.
ART TALKS
•2pm – Hear curator Carter Foster discuss visitor-favorite painting "Lavender High" by Alice Baber.
•3pm – Art with an Expert talk: Hear from Katherine Brimberry, co-founder, director, and senior master printer of the Flatbed Center for Contemporary Printmaking, on the history of Austin’s Flatbread Press.
FOOD & DRINK
B.Y.O.P. [bring your own picnic] and enjoy it on the grounds. Or purchase food/drink from our vendors Yapa Empanadas and Haymaker.
