In this hands-on workshop, Connor Dent will guide you through performance-focused breathwork techniques backed by physiology. You’ll learn how to:
Improve oxygen efficiency
Regulate blood pressure and heart rate
Speed up recovery by shifting into parasympathetic rest
Increase CO₂ tolerance for physical resilience
Build breath control during high-output training
Strengthen the diaphragm for core stability
Simulate high-altitude training to improve VO2 max
You’ll practice cadence breathing, recovery breathing, and diaphragm activation techniques you can use immediately in your training.
