The Energetic Anatomy of the Vagus Nerve
I offer an innovative approach to understanding just how the central nervous system is organized; more notably, the role your Vagus nerve plays in how trauma imprints the brain and understanding this, can bring clarity to what you’ve experienced in your life and the effects when stored in your biological make-up.
The vagus nerve is the superhighway of all nerves in our cranial system, also known as the 10th cranial nerve. I will explain the two primary roles of the vagus nerve’s energetic anatomy that is essential to both human and animal existence. In this presentation, you’ll grasp how it plays a much larger role in your daily life and its impact on both your physical and mental well-being. The vagus nerve constantly navigates your response to stress based on your trauma history.
By the end of this talk, you’ll walk away with gentle, practical, and non-invasive techniques to support the balance of your vagus nerve to curve cycles of stress and dysregulation, based on energetic and physiological methods. You’ll understand how shock, severe pain, trauma or the memory of those events, even if they are suppressed, can cause dysregulation or disassociation in the body. I will then guide you into a relaxed, grounded state where you can balance your vagus nerve from your own energetic body. This will help restore, recharge, and bring balance to your central nervous system.
Energetic Anatomy of the Brain Waves and the Brain Stem
This engaging presentation delves into the energetic interplay between the brainstem and brain waves, offering insight into how these two systems work together and imprint within the body’s energy field.
We will examine the five anatomical regions of the brainstem and their physiological roles, alongside the spectrum of brain wave frequencies—from delta to gamma—and how each contributes to autonomic regulation, emotional processing, and states of consciousness.
You’ll also learn:
