Métis Beading Workshop with Elder Kathy Morgan

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Métis culture at this two-day beading workshop with Métis Elder Kathy Morgan. Guided by Elder Kathy’s teachings and stories, participants will create a handcrafted orange and black beaded flower pin in recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

This workshop is more than just a craft—it’s an opportunity to learn directly from an Indigenous Elder, gain a deeper understanding of Métis heritage, and connect in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation. Whether you are new to beading or have some experience, you’ll leave with both a meaningful keepsake and new knowledge.
