Flo's Summer Bootcamp

💪 Rise & Grind at Flō!

We’re teaming up with local personal trainer Nick Ronquette for a powerful new Bootcamp Series—starting June 16th and held every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6 AM, right outside the studio.

This 5-week program includes 15 total classes designed to build strength, stamina, and serious morning momentum.
