We'll start the day off by playing for the morning service at the Center for Spiritual Living, then immediately afterwards we will flow into our Community Sound Healing.

Community Sound Healing begins with singing. You don't have to be a singer, think using singing/resonance to enhance and empower the mental, emotional, and physical body. Here we make beautiful sounds to uplift ourselves, each other, and the whole world! This is not only to feel AWESOME, but it also clears the body with vibration, which sets you up to be able to go much deeper, and receive much more during the Sound Healing Journey.
In the Sound Healing Journey you get to bask in the transformative and deeply moving vibrations of sound meditation. Expand your consciousness, awaken your body's innate healing, activate deep relaxation. Sound healing is an opportunity to completely let go and allow the body, mind and soul to heal naturally. Sam and I begin with a clear intention for the healing journey, then drop down into our hearts and allow love to "play us", through our voices and special vibrational instruments. We often find ourselves using reiki and mudras to enhance the healing. It is truly an experience of surrender and awe, as we co-create with You, and the energies present. No two sessions are ever the same.
