Independence Day at Meadow Garden

Celebrate Independence Day at Meadow Garden, home of George Walton, signer of the Declaration of Independence.
Hear the Declaration of Independence read aloud as it would have been in 1776! Watch the revolutionary cannon salute – and don’t miss the Revolutionary soldiers’ camp display. There is something for everyone with a Puppet Theater and children’s activities including quill pen writing. Enjoy live music. Walk through the period rooms of the historic house. Don’t miss it!
