6 week yoga courses - suitable for all ages and abilities.

New blocks will begin the week beginning Monday 10th November.

🍂Mondays 6pm @Audley Pensioners’ Village Hall (10th Nov -15th Dec)

🍂Wednesday 10am @Stoke Quaker Meeting House, Miller Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme (12th Nov - 17th Dec)

6 week courses £45.

£10 drop ins if there are spaces left.

You are welcome to switch day / time if there’s space to do so 😁🙏🏼
