Winter Solstice Dream Temple

As a celebration of the winter solstice I will be holding a dreamy evening event which will include a gentle, restorative yoga practice, a blue lotus tea ceremony, meditation, music, and most importantly the ritual consumption of tasty cake :-)

Midwinter's night has been a time of celebration, rest, emotional and physical nourishment for thousands of years. Right before you enjoy the longest night of the year and the brightest lights of the season, this temple can serve as a time to pause and reconnect with your soul’s calling… are you shining in the ways that truly matter to you? This is the time feel into what’s true and to realign with yourself.

Stay balanced during this cold, chaotic time of year and treat yourself to an evening of space. Space for visioning, clarity and soothing the soul by reminding it that you are listening closely, and that you a ready to breathe life into the unique expression that is you.
