Join us as we open the doors to our brand-new yoga studio! Come along, move, breathe, rest—and meet our beautiful community. Whether you're curious about our space, want to try a new style of yoga, or just feel like reconnecting with yourself, this day is for you.

🧘‍♀️ Open Day Schedule
Come for one, two, or all three sessions—whatever works for you.

8:30 – 9:15am • Vinyasa Flow
Start the morning with an energising and fluid vinyasa practice.

9:45 – 10:30am • Yin Yoga
Slow it down with long, deep stretches to release and restore.

11:00 – 11:45am • Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey
End your journey with deep relaxation and sound healing.

💬 Between classes, take time to enjoy a tea, connect with others, and chat with the facilitators. We’d love to meet you and share more about our vision for this space.
