Women's Relax & Restore

This monthly retreat evening is a nurturing session with Ange Gervan – for women that intend to relax deeply and revive their energy. The session will start with relaxation, breathing and flow on to a sequence of qi gong then restorative yoga; a gentle practice which facilitates exploration into breath awareness and mindful movement using yoga props to support your body in position and leave you feeling relaxed and revived!

Self acupressure tips will be offered throughout to help enhance your wellbeing and experience of relaxation.
