Let’s walk into winter together! ❄️👟

This Sunday, I’m heading down to Hobsonville Point for a little Walk, Talk & Coffee — and you’re so welcome to join me!

We’ll go for a chilled-out stroll, breathe in some fresh air, have a good chat, and get those steps in while catching up with some of our lovely BFITU ladies. No pressure, no pace — just real women moving their bodies, clearing their heads, and connecting with others who totally get the juggle of busy life.

Got questions about fitness, wellness or how to squeeze in a bit of "you time" when life’s chaos? I’m all ears — and happy to share tips, ideas or just a bit of encouragement.

And if you're keen, we’ll finish with a coffee or bite at Catalina Bay Farmers Markets. A cosy way to wrap up a wintry Sunday morning!
