What’s the Wellathlon?
It’s the ultimate wellbeing triathlon – walk, dance, and yoga your way to feeling great, inside and out.

Why come?
Wellathlon is all about fun, connection, and feel-good movement—no experience needed! Expect good vibes, new friends, and a boost for your mental health. Plus, there are awesome spot prizes up for grabs.

The Line-up:
1. Walk + Talk (1hr)
Kick things off with a mindful stroll around Mt Vic and the shores of Devonport. Connect, chat, and enjoy the views.

2. Dance it Out (1hr)
A sober-friendly dance party that builds from mellow to full-on groove. Nervous? Close your eyes and move like nobody’s watching.

3. Yoga Flow (1hr)
Sophie from Be Here Yoga and Coaching leads a grounding, gentle session to calm the mind and restore the body.

Wrap-Up:
Refreshments, chats, and spot prizes to close a day full of movement and good energy.

What to wear/bring:

- Comfy clothes + walking shoes

- Water bottle + snacks

- Yoga mat (let us know if you need one)

- Raincoat & spare bottoms (just in case)
