Walk and Talk - Longmead Reserve, Browns Bay

Join Restore Hibiscus and Bays for a leisurely walk through this hidden gem, right in the heart of Browns Bay.

Learn how planting in this reserve started, and the highs and lows of our continued restoration of Longmead Reserve.

There are good examples of regenerating native trees, plus some beautiful canopy trees, many of which surround the Longmead stream and pond. See how nature can thrive in a relatively new residential area.

Where: Meet at the reserve at 44 Langana Avenue (off Oaktree Avenue)
Walk duration: About 1 hour
