Looking for a fun workshop to get your creative juices flowing after a long week in the office?  Then come join us on Saturday 13th September at the Square Edge Art Centre in Palmerston North where you will make your own pair of sterling silver earrings in 4 – 5 hours.  

When: Saturday 13th September, starts at 10:00 for about 4 – 5 hours (or until you’re done)
Cost: $120 - $150 pp (depending on if you add a gemstone to your design or not. See more info below)

What to expect:
•	Friendly, expert guidance by local metalsmith Rholene Singleton. She will assist you every step of the way ensuring you leave with a beautiful pair of earrings at the end of the day.
•	Design your own earrings to create something uniquely yours, or make use of the templates available, which you can embellish as you like.  
•	You have the option to add a semi-precious cabochon gemstone to your design.
•	A selection of refreshments will be available, but you are welcome to bring a light lunch if you feel like the day will get too long without it. 
•	Relaxed and fun morning enjoyed in the beautiful iconic Square Edge Art Centre in the heart of Palmerston North.  View the current artist exhibitions currently on show in the center for free.


Practical Details:
Come and learn the ancient art of silver jewellery making through demonstrations and then giving it a go yourself while you create your own beautiful new summer earrings, using a jewellers saw, blowtorch, gemstone setting tools and more.

•	Two options for this workshop:
1. Plain sterling silver earrings - $120 pp
2. Add cabochon gemstones to your design - $150 pp

•	4 – 5 hours of guidance as you create your own piece
•	All tools and materials included
•	A selection of gemstones to choose from

Your space will be confirmed once payment is received. This workshop is first come, first serve. Space is limited.
