Tāmaki Makaurau CBD community run/walk

Come and join us weekly on a Thursday, supported by our welcoming volunteers and team.
Running and walking for recovery from addiction, to support mental health and increase well-being. An inclusive and supportive group introducing the magic of movement.

All levels of fitness /ability welcome.

Meet at the base of Jacobs Ladder Bridge, located at 29 Westhaven Drive at 5:20pm with a prompt start at 5:30pm.

Participants must sober, and respectful of others recovery journey to enjoy a safe and supportive group.
