A supportive group learning how to walk and run in our beautiful backyard, the Port Hills.

Meeting at 7.30am at the Victoria Park main car park for a 7.45am start. 

Bus 1 to Cashmere will arrive at the Sign of the Takahe for 7.30am.

If you'd like to know more, or this is your first time attending a Speed Freaks session, please contact Lorna at lorna@speedfreaks.org.nz 

Bring a drink bottle and come prepared for any weather.

Please see our community waiver and guidelines on FB and website. You will be signing in as part of health and safety.

Participants must be sober and respectful of others' recovery journey and contribute to a safe and supportive group. 

Due to health and safety, we are not able to accommodate our doggo friends.
