Our communities are alive with wāhine whose stories carry strength, wisdom and heart. Too often, these stories remain unspoken – yet they are the ones that show us what true resilience, courage and leadership look like. This session is about honouring those voices: ordinary women who have faced challenges, carved new paths, and inspired change in quiet but powerful ways.
By listening, we not only celebrate them – we remind ourselves of the collective power of women’s experiences. Every story shared is an act of empowerment, lifting others to see what is possible in their own lives. These stories don’t just belong to the women who lived them; they belong to all of us, as a legacy of strength, hope, and transformation.
Come, be inspired, be moved, and be reminded of the extraordinary power that lies within wāhine – including the power within you.
