Join us to reconnect with the traditional art of kahoa making — weaving flowers, greenery, and stories together. This beautiful, communal space is a chance to share talanoa, pass on intergenerational knowledge, and celebrate Pacific values of love, respect, and connection.
This kaupapa will be:
- Hosted at - Glen Innes Library, 108 Line Road, Auckland
- Held on - Monday 29th September, 12.30pm-2pm
- Lead wāhine will be - Ha'ape Mata Mei Langi (Frances) + Tāmaki College (Seini)
All Mana Wāhine Week spaces are reserved for those who identify as female. This helps us protect the purpose of the kaupapa and create safe, empowering spaces for wāhine.
