Joy Lab is a space to experiment with connection, play and movement.

Through creative explorations of practices borrowed from contact improv, somatic movement, and authentic relating, and mixed with lashings of play and silliness, we'll find ways to spark joy and connection together.

Our inaugral event will explore the Serious Business of Joy.
