Self-Love Workshop ❤️

Hey ladies, I'm Amanda🌻, I'm a Holistic Life coach & Energy healer.
I would like to offer a Self-Love workshop ❤️. This workshop is similar to a women's circle.
We will come together, opening up our heart chakra & be reminded of giving & accepting divine love to OURselves.
This workshop is open to all women, no judgements and no prior women's circle experience required. If you are beginning your journey you are very welcome to join us🌸.
We will come together on a special journey of self love. We will call in the universal energies of self love to our mind, body and soul . We will practice self love techniques for emotional, physical and spiritual empowerment. We will end with a group meditation. By the end of the session we hope you can leave with a heart full of love and be reminded of the Goddess that you are ✨️✨️

There will be time at the end for informal chats and some herbal tea to share 🙂☕️
