Pilates Open Class All Levels

Pilates Our Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility, working to balance all muscle groups, strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with using slow, controlled movements. This 45 minute class with Cat will help you get strong from the core out.

Open classes run weekly except for; public holidays, mid year break 7 – 12th July 2025, and Christmas break 15 December 2025 - 12 January 2026

Open Classes are $20 per class, or $40 weekly for an Open Class Pass - access to unlimited classes each week
