Hatha Yoga brings about harmony and balance to the body and mind.
Following a set sequence of order, this style of Yoga Asana is traditionally slower, where poses are held for longer, is alignment focused and will challenge you no matter your experience.
Hatha Yoga builds strength, resilience, clarity and focus.
All levels welcome.
About the Teacher:
Katie has been learning and teaching Yoga for 8 years, having spent over 3 years in India where she completed over 1500 hours of official training.
Katie has taught across the world at festivals, hostels, retreat centres, studios and in nature to a wide range of students, and remains forever the student herself, bringing a sense of curiousity, depth and presence to the practice.
Katie's journey with Yoga has been totally transformative and she is excited to return to her birthplace of Auckland and share her learnings with all those who feel the call.
