DESCRIPTION:
We're bringing ~200g vacuum-sealed packs of artisanal, fresh hot-smoked (Big Glory Bay) salmon.
Smoked gently for 4 hours with Manuka. We glaze with Manuka honey and finish with black pepper.
PRICING: Usually $15/100g.... our introductory pricing is $13/100g.

We will bring a few extra serves for people seeing this at the last minute. But unless you order in advance - it is first in, first served.
We're easy to find on Thursday! Look for Red Prius with camp-light on roof & a pop-up tent in the event of rain.
Note: our salmon is also available for pick-up daily (no pre-order needed) from our cafe in Waterview.
We will smoke Tuesday, vacuum-pack Wednesday, deliver to Westmere Thursday. Perfect for an easy dinner or weekend entertaining!
