Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to release and reconnect. Expert guidance will take you on a journey to Nervous System regulation with breathwork, somatic practices, sound healing, embodied meditation and a nourturing sharing circle.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a sacred space to release, reset, and realign.
