Yoga for All

This drop-in class will be offered every Tuesday at 8 am at Yoga Om Wellness Studio in Auburn, WA.

Learn yoga at your own pace in this class combining slow, flowing movements while building strength and increasing flexibility. Variations and options will be offered so that everyone can choose how simple or challenging their own yoga experience should be each week.

No previous yoga experience necessary!

These classes are designed for folks who...

...are interested in starting yoga or newer to yoga; or

...already practice yoga, but really appreciate variety in their classes.
