Yoga for Flexibility

This drop-in class is offered every Thursday at 8 am at Yoga Om Wellness Studio in Auburn, WA.

Learn how yoga can help you relieve muscle tension, gain flexibility, and feel better in your body every day in this weekly workshop-style class combining slow, flowing movements with gentle stretching to help tense muscles heal.

No previous yoga experience necessary!

These classes are designed for folks who feel "too inflexible to do yoga" and can be particularly helpful for you if...

...you wake up feeling stiff or achy and have difficulty moving around in the morning; or

...you spend a lot of their day either sitting or standing relatively still and have tight, painful muscles at the end of their workday; or

...you feel like they never fully recovered from an old injury and still experience muscle tension and pain that keeps you from enjoying all the things they used to do pre-injury.
