Mobile Building with Teruko Nimura
📍Postmark Center of the Arts | 20 Auburn Ave

Join artist Teruko Nimura at 2pm to create a paper, fabric, and polymer clay storytelling mobile inspired by Japanese folklore.

In this FREE family friendly workshop, Teruko will be telling the Japanese folktale, The Rabbit in the Moon, teaching guests how to make different elements for their mobiles, and learning to put everything together into a unique mobile that they can take home! Materials will be provided!

Exquisite Corpse Drawing
📍Postmark Center of the Arts | 20 Auburn Ave

Don't let the name fool you! Exquisite Corpse is a collaborative drawing game created by Surrealists in the 1920's. Participants take turns adding to a single drawing without looking at previous people's drawings. It's like mad libs for drawing and compliments the collaborative pieces currently on display in our gallery. Guests are invited to collaborate on a drawing and see what fantastical characters result!
