Weekly Foundational Series – Helping to create a solid foundation for your career. Thursday of each week from 10 am – 11:30 am Hands-on Training with Role Playing and Presentation techniques Topics.

Session 3: Presenting the Offer/Negotiating an Offer

Objective: Develop negotiation and offer presentation skills for successful transactions.

Key Topics:
- The anatomy of an offer
- Presenting an offer professionally
- Counteroffers and negotiation strategies
- Overcoming objections during negotiations

Role-Playing/Practice:
- Negotiation scenarios
- Offer presentation role-play

No-Shows Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not contact RACM Staff prior to the class/event start date with a cancellation request in writing at least 72 hours will automatically forfeit all registration fees and/or be subject to a $25 No-Show fee.
